QUALITY POLICY

 

Since its foundation, FT S.r.l. has been committed to the continuous improvement of its organizational and production capabilities by establishing a management structure that:

  • adopts work methodologies compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard;

  • is designed to prevent deficiencies in products/services;

  • is capable of correcting its operational methods at any stage of the production cycle, taking into account the risks and opportunities presented by the context.

First and foremost, FT aims to maintain certification of its Quality Management System, committing to ensure that all necessary requirements are met: those set out by the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and internal company requirements.

FT primarily provides solutions for the refrigeration industry, a sector in which it boasts over thirty years of experience.
The main goal of Management is therefore to maintain and strengthen this market position—both technically and economically—by pursuing every possible development to keep pace with the needs and evolution of its key clients, in terms of equipment, tools, and workforce.

To achieve this goal, FT has established the following Quality Policy:

  • Quality System
    Maintain a company Quality System certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and ensure that all future regulatory updates are incorporated.

  • Quality and Continuous Improvement
    Carry out ongoing quality improvement activities by defining methods, programs, and indicators to optimize production processes through continuous resource investment.

  • Customer Satisfaction
    Constantly monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty to enhance perceived external quality, prevent complaints, meet delivery deadlines, and provide high-value products and services.

  • Supply Chain
    Control third-party errors through a supplier performance monitoring system and quality checks on supplies, while continuously raising supplier awareness of FT’s corporate Quality Policy.

  • Global Quality Control
    Eliminate product non-conformities through checks at various processing stages to prevent defects, minimize waste, and avoid complaints, returns, and issues related to product compliance and low quality.

  • Staff Growth and Engagement
    Enhance employee skills and engagement by encouraging participation and alignment with quality objectives through training, supervision, and effective communication.

  • Response Time Reduction
    Reduce response times for urgent interventions and services.

  • Climate Change
    Improve the purchasing cycle by complying with minimum environmental criteria, and consider the expectations of customers and stakeholders in relation to climate change.
