MP500/510 ESC800/830/1000/3000 test equipment are designed for electrical safety and functional tests either for end-line production or laboratory.The relevant standards for electrical safety are CEI EN 60335-1 and CEI EN 60204-1.
MP500 and MP510 test rigs are electrical safety test semiautomatic appliances in portable metal boxes.
ESC800, ESC1000, ESC830 and ESC3000 test rigs are automatic and come in an electric cabinet.
ESC830 and ESC3000 test rigs are for balanced or not, three-phases systems.

Solutions for Refrigerators Test
CAR1000 is designed to run functional tests on electrical equipment, in particular refrigerators of all kinds.
It consists of a control unit and a number of acquisition boxes placed near the products being tested. The acquisition box monitors up to 5 temperatures and the current of the unit being tested. At the end of the test cycle each acquisition box transfers the parameters it has recorded to the control station, where they are saved in a database and compared with the nominal values for the refrigerator being tested. The test result is shown on the control station monitor and stored in the database.

Batch test (for statistical tests)
Products are tested in batches.
The acquisition boxes are usually fixed to the wall, and the items to test are placed next to them.
When the test cycle is completed the products are removed and a new batch is connected to the test system.
The recorded parameters are transferred to the control station through a serial connection.
Association of parameters-model is made automatically by reading the product code with a bar code reader at the beginning of the test cycle.
The acquisition boxes are mounted on a mechanism (carousel) that moves in a closed loop.
The items to be tested and the acquisition boxes are synchronised so that the two move together.
At the end of the cycle (loop) a switch on the acquisition box and one on the receiver are activated, giving the start command for data download.
FT King System Test
FT King System Test is designed for high speed production lines where many refrigeration units have to be tested at same time in a carousel room. FT King System Test consists of a central control unit (Server PC) and a number of acquisition boxes placed near the products to be tested.
Each acquisition box controls up to 5 temperature probes and the current absorbed by the unit under test (power load as an option). Finally, the management software creates and summarizes a final report of the temperature trend (visible in real time) and a power absorption diagram with the operating ratio based on the parameters stored for each model under test.
FT King System Test Data acquisition communication works by utilizing a radio communication on Industrial protocols RS-485 WiFi installed on the acquisition box and in the central Personal Computer that works as server receiver.
