Internationalization Call For Proposal 2025
Programma Regionale Toscana FESR 2021-2027 OP1 OS1 – Azione 1.3.1 “Sostegno alle PMI-Export”
Cold Wide West
Period: October 2025 – July 2026
The project aims to strengthen the company’s presence in the US and Turkey through a strategy focused on brand consolidation, support for local partners and increased visibility.
To pursue these objectives, a central aspect of the project is participation in international trade fairs in both countries, which are strategic events for presenting FT products to an international audience, developing new business contacts and strengthening the distribution network.
Another pillar of the project is the use of operational offices and showrooms in the United States and Turkey, which will serve as reference points for commercial activities, technical support, and after-sales service.
At the same time, FT will purchase augmented reality services for the development of an application to optimize remote assistance and technical support management.

Smart Synergy
Period: February 2025 – November 2025
The Smart Synergy project aims to accelerate the introduction and use of new technologies and methodologies (both to improve business processes and to improve the products supplied) to make the company more competitive.
Objective 1
Migration of ERP to the cloud with the integration of AI to automate repetitive tasks. Implementation of cybersecurity solutions to ensure the security of the digital infrastructure.
Objective 2
Development of an augmented reality application for technical assistance.
Objective 3
Engineering of two autonomous robotic systems for the management of refrigeration circuits: one machine for charging refrigerant and one for detecting leaks.
With the implementation of the Smart Synergy project, FT aims to consolidate its technological leadership by promoting the adoption of innovative solutions in terms of both products and technical customer support services, and to increase its competitiveness by streamlining its operational structure for a more sustainable and competitive future.

THEIA
Technologies for Advanced Eyes using AI
Period: March 2024 – August 2025
The THEIA project aims to develop an advanced machine vision system capable of detecting and analyzing, with high accuracy, the shape, size, position, speed and orientation of specific objects or components. The prototype will be integrated with a robotic arm and tested in a real operating environment, within the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, to verify its performance and reliability.
The main goal of the project is to automate simple, repetitive and potentially dangerous tasks traditionally performed by humans, thereby improving safety and reducing the risk of workplace accidents. This innovation will enable FT’s customers to optimize production processes while increasing sustainability and competitiveness in an ever-changing global marketplace.
Internationalization Call For Proposal 2023

Period: November 2023 – December 2024
The project aims to strengthen FT’s presence in the market of manufacturers of heat pumps, domestic, commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems and automotive manufacturers in three Asian market countries: China, India and Thailand.
To achieve these goals, FT aims to implement several activities: participation in international trade fairs; renting offices and showrooms for meeting customers and demonstrations of its products; carrying out promotional activities in the industrial areas of the target countries; organizing incoming activities for distributors and customers; developing new information and multimedia materials; improving remote communication tools with the
FT plant in Tuscany; purchasing of cloud tools for CRM management.
The project is aimed at increasing the perception of FT’s brand value in the Asian market. The goals are to reach new potential customers and support local partners in after-sales activities, workshops, presentations and customer meetings, ensuring a perfect cohesion between distribution, marketing and brand and product promotion strategies.”
