ALDM-Autonomous Leak Detection Machine

All parameters, such as the duration of the leak test and the points and/or components to be checked, can be set via a detailed map displayed on the touchscreen monitor. The robotic arm is able to autonomously reach all test points, detect any leaks, and store all measurements in a database. Once the scanner reads the barcode of the product to be tested, the process starts automatically.

ALDM introduces new levels of productivity and reliability in the final leak testing of refrigerators, freezers, automotive air conditioners, heat pumps, and similar products.
Undetected leaks lead to increased warranty costs. False alarms generate rework costs. For this reason, increasing the accuracy and reliability of the test results in immediate cost savings.

ARCM-Autonomous Refrigerant Charging Machines

ARCM is a stand-alone vacuum and charging station for A2L, A2, A3, and non-flammable refrigerants. It is easy to use and guarantees high charging accuracy. It is designed for high- and medium-productivity production lines of heat pumps, domestic and commercial refrigerators/freezers, and other fields of application. It is designed and tested for use with isobutane (R600a) and propane (R290) and also for lines using the latest refrigerants, such as R1234yf and R1234ze.

The equipment is designed and manufactured for the assembly area of refrigeration units that use flammable gases in accordance with the provisions of ATEX Directive 99/92/EC. As the work areas are classified as hazardous, this equipment must be installed inside a ventilated enclosure capable of extracting any refrigerant leaks. The electrical and hydraulic components of the vacuum and recharge station have been selected by FT in accordance with the ATEX directive for the classification of areas with a high risk of explosion, thus making the entire system suitable for working with flammable liquids.
